      <image:caption>With the data collected up to this point, I created a journey map of a typical scam call to visualize the synthesis of the research data. We used this map to look for opportunities for intervention to help people be better at detecting a phone scam. Our competitive landscape research found there were no current solutions that address from the time the call is picked up by a person and when the call ends. The team started forming an idea to provide an intervention during the call, using NLP analysis of the conversation.</image:caption>
